In front of St. John Bosco School (by the large gates) we will be celebrating the Feast Day of St. Francis of Assisi, the Patron Saint of animals.
It is customary that, in remembrance of St. Francis’ love for creatures, animals are led to the churches for a special blessing ceremony.
The actual Feast Day falls on a Wednesday; however, we shall celebrate it on Saturday.
Please remember to have your pet on a leash or in a travel carrier.
